We accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. To be eligible, an item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in.
For items sold as brand new, the item must be returned in brand new, unworn, unused condition, with original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included product materials. Normal try-on is acceptable, but items with wear, damage, odors, missing packaging, removed tags, or other condition changes may be declined or may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Once a return is approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Eligible items can also be returned or exchanged at our Dallas or Allen store locations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase for eligible items that meet the condition requirements above. Items can either be shipped back to us or exchanged at a physical location.
