Our Business

Sneaker Haven sells authentic sneakers, streetwear, apparel, accessories, and collectibles online and at our Dallas and Allen, Texas storefronts. We own, inspect, and fulfill the inventory we make available through our website and stores.

Sneaker Haven is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially authorized by Nike, Jordan Brand, Adidas, Yeezy, Supreme, Travis Scott, Crocs, Pop Mart, Medicom Toy, or any other third-party brand unless specifically stated. Brand names and trademarks are used for identification of authentic products only.

Condition details are provided where applicable. Unless otherwise stated, sneakers are sold as new and authentic. Orders, Payment, and Fraud Review

Payment processing is handled by Shopify and available payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information for all purchases.

Shipping and Local Pickup

Orders are shipped via UPS. Most in-stock orders normally ship by the next business day. During high-volume periods, inventory transfers, fraud review, or operational delays, some orders may take up to three business days to ship. Local pickup is available for eligible in-stock products at our Dallas or Allen locations. Some products may be available for immediate pickup at one location, while others may require transfer time before pickup at the selected location.

Returns and Exchanges

Sell, Trade, and Buyout Services

If you sell or trade products to Sneaker Haven, all offers are subject to our review of authenticity, condition, size, demand, and current inventory needs. We may decline any item for any reason. Payouts, trades, or store credit are not final until the item has been reviewed and accepted by our team.

If you opt in to email or SMS communications, you agree to receive messages from Sneaker Haven related to orders, account activity, promotions, store updates, and service notifications.
