Shipping Policy
All Sneaker Haven orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your shipment from our store to your delivery address.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for customers who need their order quickly. Express orders placed before 3 p.m. Central Standard Time are normally shipped by the next business day, excluding weekends, holidays, and any carrier delays outside of our control.
Express shipping can be as fast as next business day depending on the selected service, destination, checkout cutoff time, and UPS transit availability.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping orders are generally shipped within three business days. During busy release periods, promotional periods, holidays, severe weather, or unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
Order Processing
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays. Orders may require additional verification before fulfillment, especially for high-value items or orders flagged for review by our payment or fraud-prevention systems.
Local Pickup
When local pickup is available, eligible in-stock items may be picked up at one of our Sneaker Haven locations. Some items may be available sooner at the location where they are currently held, while pickup at another location may require additional transfer time. The pickup timing shown at checkout or on the product page is the best estimate for that location.
Delivery Issues
After an order leaves Sneaker Haven and is accepted by UPS, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your tracking shows an issue, delay, or delivered status that you cannot locate, please contact us so we can help review the shipment details and point you toward the next best step.
